A BRITISH woman has been stabbed to death at her home in the city of Chieti in Italy.
Cops have launched a manhunt for the 66-year-old’s husband who reportedly fled in a car.

Police rushed to the scene in the Verratti district where they found the woman dead.
A murder investigation has been launched.
